MasQi retreat at home #2

We are still right there with you and, as we promised, here you have all the material to help you to fill yourself with energy and good health in the coming days.


PROPOSAL 1 – NEW YOGA II VIDEO: STANDING SEQUENCE 1 ASHTANGA YOGA

We continue to practice yoga.  As an addition to the Sun salutations video, that we sent to you a few days ago, we have incorporated the first part of the standing sequence, including all triangles.  Try to learn the movements by memory so eventually you´ll be able to practice without the video.  See if you can do it 6 days a week!  Good luck!


PROPOSAL 2 – LIVE YOGA. HALF PRIMARY ASHTANGA CLASS

A private and very special class in which you can enjoy the primary series of Ashtanga, which will fill you with energy and positivity, strengthen your immune system, help you improve your breathing process, purify your body plus many other benefits. Sonia Ferre will be your guide.

The first class will be on Thursday 16th April.

Following this, the classes will be every Thursday at 8:00 a.m. (EUROPEAN TIME) or 7:00am (BST).

The price for this 90 minute class will be 5€ per connection.

Payment can be made by credit card. For one or several classes. After registration we will require your name, surname, credit or debit card number, expiry date and the number of classes you wish to pay for. Once the payment has been made, we will send to you the links for the purchased classes.

PROPOSAL 3 – MEDITATE AND OPEN YOUR HEART

With this guided meditation, we will connect with our inner peace, opening our hearts and finding the peace and calmness that we need, especially in these days of confinement.


PROPOSAL 4  – New video PRANAYAMA II: UJJAYI

We offer to you further breathing exercises that will help you to relieve stress and mental tension.  This has a great effect on reducing anxiety, insomnia and anger and helps the body in its self-healing process. It also strengthens the voice and induces a meditative state, harmonising the mind and the nervous system.


PROPOSAL 5 – FLOWING WITH CHANGE

Life is not always as we think.  It is the mind that continually creates our reality.
Understanding the dynamics of change helps us to flow with life.
We share with you the podcast “Flowing with Change” by the astrologer Guiomar Ramírez Montesinos.  We´re sure that you´ll enjoy it.

PROPOSAL 6 – MASQI RECIPES

As you know, at MasQi, macrobiotic-based nutrition is one of our fundamental pillars. This week we´d like to share with you three recipes that form part of our day to day life.  Firstly, the Obawa Apple Pie, which you will always find in our breakfasts.  Secondly, the MasQi “Olleta”, a bio gourmet version of this popular stew from our region.  Thirdly, a vegan cheese, 100% vegetarian, that will surprise you with its texture and flavour. Hands to the dough!
